Welcome to the Amanda-Clearcreek Local School District
The following is a list of documentation that is necessary for school enrollment:

Student’s birth certificate

Parent/Guardian Driver’s License

Student’s immunization record

Proof of Residence showing that the student & parent/guardian live in the school district(mortgage statement, rental agreement, or utility bill)

Custody or Court documents showing guardianship (if applicable)

IEP/ ETR for special education services (if applicable)

Copy of most recent report card or transcript
A-C District Resident Enrollment
Students who live in the Amanda-Clearcreek Local School District can begin registration online via FinalForms:

Once Your FinalForms registration is complete, you may call the district office at (740) 969-7250 to schedule a time to bring in your required documents. These documents can also be scanned and uploaded into the FinalForms system or can be emailed to kkarshner@amanda.k12.oh.us. All required documents must be on-file before students can begin attending school.

We understand that there are special circumstances where custody or court documentation may be required. If you have any questions about documentation requirements or if you have any special circumstance that needs addressed, please call the District Office.

Open Enrollment
Students who live outside the Amanda-Clearcreek Local School District, but desire to attend A-C Schools, will have an opportunity to apply for open enrollment for the 2025-26 school year from March 1st through May 31st, 2025. The application process is now available online via the link below. The application must be submitted no later than 3PM on May 31st, 2025.
