Construction

Work is progressing steadily across the board for the K-2 addition, field-house and concession and batting cage facility.

In the K2 Primary Addition, interior finishes like ceiling tiles and flooring are underway, with doors, appliances, and final trim work scheduled next. Exterior work continues with topsoil and landscaping prep, and key systems such as fire alarms and audio/visual have been installed.

At the Fieldhouse, major mechanical and utility systems are in place, and ductwork, painting, and concrete pours in the gym are progressing. Work is gearing up for stair installation, lighting, and gym equipment connections.

Finishing touches are being completed in the office renovation and concession areas. Inside the office renovation, receptacle relocation has been completed, and signage and paint are up next. Site work is progressing outside of the concession and batting cage facility with topsoil respread and seeding coming up soon.

Upcoming work includes:

• Final door and appliance installation in the K2 Addition
• Lighting and overhead work in the gym
• Stair installation at the Fieldhouse
• Seeding and landscaping around the site
