Facilities Improvement Project Overview
The final phase of Amanda-Clearcreek’s District Improvements Project—the new field house and practice field—is moving steadily toward completion. Crews are focused on finishes and final installations that will ensure all building systems are fully operational when turned over to the district.
Key progress on site includes the installation of branded exterior signage, practice field grading, and lower-level flooring in the field house.
Inside the weight room, athletic equipment is in place and ready for use. Sprinkler heads, light fixtures, flooring, speakers, and exterior signage have been completed, adding to the facility’s readiness.
On the lower level, crews are finalizing doors and hardware, plumbing fixtures, mechanical room piping, and shelving. Work is also progressing on gym speakers, communication cabling, ticket booth countertops, practice field fence posts, decorative fencing, and retaining walls.
Looking ahead:
- Elevator installation
- Above-ceiling inspections
- Track and gym flooring installation
