Progress is making headway across the site as the project reaches key milestones!

In the K2 Primary Addition, first-coat painting is underway, with openings into the existing structure scheduled soon. Recently completed milestones include block fill, duct and piping insulation, brick veneer, and soffits. Current efforts also include classroom ceiling grid installation, domestic pipe labeling, and the first coat of paint. Upcoming work will feature light whips and window installations.

At the Fieldhouse, the lower-level walls are progressing, with bar and joist installation on the east side now complete. The mezzanine work is ongoing, with the topping slab and flat roof scheduled next.

The Athletic Storage Building reached a major milestone with final structural completion—keys are now yours!

For the Concession and Batting Cages, completed tasks include interior walls in the concession area, underground electrical service, and HVAC unit heaters. Roofing is in progress, while overhead conduit and plumbing vents are also taking shape. HVAC exhaust and site storm utilities are up next.

Lastly, office renovations are gearing up for electrical work, casework, signage, and graphic film installations over the holiday break. These updates set the stage for another productive phase of construction.
